When Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) errors occur, a Double Data Rate 5 (DDR5) "PWR_GOOD" signal will be de-asserted as a power fault event, to inform the system to power off immediately to prevent potential damage.PMIC always attempts to write an error status register into its non-volatile memory. However, the VIN_Bulk discharge time may vary depending on system configuration or the loading on the DDR5 DIMM itself. It may not be guaranteed that the PMIC error can be recorded successfully during power down.Although there may not be an IML log to indicate what PMIC error type occurred on the DIMM, there will be a "Server Critical Fault" log in IML to identify that a runtime fault occurred and on which DIMM group, for replacing defective DIMMs and repairing the system: Server Critical Fault (Service information, Runtime Fault, Memory, Processor 2 Memory (01H))
