The Mellanox Ethernet+RoCE driver version 5.6 will not load on HPE platforms running Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.0 with kernel version 5.14.0-70.17.1.el9_0-(x86_64) (or later) when deployed using Gen10 Service Pack for ProLiant version 2022.09.00.00 or using the HPE Synergy Service Pack version SY-2022.08.01. This affects platforms configured with any of the HPE network adapters listed in the Scope section below. This occurs because the weak-updates path for the driver modules do not get created as there is a change with the symbol "__skb_flow_dissect" in the kernel version 5.14.0-70.17.1 on which the Mellanox kernel modules rely on. Example depmod: WARNING: /tmp/kmp_check.OtXDRXA/lib/modules/5.14.0-70.17.1.el9_0.x86_64/extra/mlnx-ofa_kernel/drivers/net/ethernet/mellanox/mlx5/core/mlx5_core.ko disagrees about version of symbol __skb_flow_dissect.
