Summary

On HPE ProLiant Gen10 Plus servers and ProLiant Gen11 servers configured with any of the controllers mentioned in the Scope section below and running Microsoft Windows Server 2022 or Windows Server 2025, the operating system version is incorrectly displayed as follows in the MegaRAID Storage Administrator (MRSA):For Windows Server 2022 the version is displayed as "OS Windows server 2016" and for Windows Server 2025 the version is displayed as "OS Windows server 2022".In the Storage Command Line Interface (StorCLI), the OS version is displayed as "Windows server 2019."

Resolution
