Document VersionRelease DateDetails2November 21, 2022Updated Resolution with permanent fix.1April 26, 2021Original Document Release.If an HPE NS204i-p boot controller is installed on HPE ProLiant Gen10/Gen10 Plus servers running a Microsoft Windows Server operating system, Agentless Management Service (AMS) version 2.41.0.0 (or earlier) may falsely report in the Integrated Management Log (IML) that the temperature threshold is exceeded, when it has not actually been exceeded.Two types of messages may be displayed in IML, as shown in the image below:Message 1: NVMe Storage - Drive at Storage Slot <Number> exceeded max temperatureMessage 2: Temperature exceeded on PCIE disk Storage Slot <Number>
