The Resolution section below includes required steps to regain access to the logical drives and data.This issue occurs when there are multiple SmartCache logical drives configured on a single SmartCache Array (512e SSD). To determine if a system is configured in this manner, perform either of the following:SSA GUI method:Open the Smart Storage Administrator (SSA)Select Cache Manager under the Tools menuCheck the SmartCache Array configurationNote:In the above example, there are two SmartCache logical drives (Cache for LD 1 and Cache for LD 2) configured under the SmartCache Array.ORSSA CLI method:ssacli controller all showssacli controller slot=X ld all show
