On any HPE platform running Microsoft Windows and configured with any of the HPE Intel E810-based network adapters with Intel ice68a.sys driver v1.15.121.0 listed in the Scope section below; a D1 bugcheck Blue Diagnostic Screen (BSOD) may be experienced. The D1 bugcheck is caused by an issue with receive descriptors in the Intel ice68a.sys driver v1.15.121.0.

To resolve this issue, download and install the following driver versions: Intel icea Driver for Windows Server 2019 Version 1.17.72.0 (or later) Intel icea Driver for Microsoft Windows Server 2022 Version 1.17.72.0 (or later) Intel icea Driver for Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Version 1.17.73.0 (or later) Workaround Revert the Intel ice68a.sys driver to v1.14.104.0 (prior).
