On HPE ProLiant Gen10 servers running Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) 5 and configured with an HPE Smart Array P824i-p MR Gen10 Controller, the firmware version information for the controller is missing from iLO after an abnormal shutdown.Under System Information, the Device Inventory and Storage page displays the firmware version as N/A in iLO. Under Firmware and Operating System Software, the firmware is shown as N/A for the firmware version.The following Power-On Self-Test (POST) error can also be seen:Slot X: HPE Smart Array 824i-P MR Gen10 - Driver reconnect required.Note:HPE Smart Array P824i-p MR Gen10 controller functionality is not affected by this issue.
Any HPE ProLiant Gen10 server running iLO 5 and configured with an HPE Smart Array P824i-p MR Gen10 Controller.
