Document VersionRelease DateDetails202/27/2019Updated resolution with permanent fix, Intelligent Provisioning 3.21.107/20/2018Original document releaseOn a ProLiant Gen10 series server running HPE Intelligent Provisioning 3.20, in the Hardware Validation Tool (HVT), clicking the Export -> Save Files button to write the test log and system survey files to a USB drive will not write any files.There is the potential that the files may eventually be written, up to 15 minutes after the request. In some instances, they will never be written at all.
Any ProLiant Gen10 servers running Intelligent Provisioning 3.20.
