Querying the ScaleIO cluster (query_cluster), shows the status of the cluster as Degraded and the Secondary MDM status shows as "Not Synchronized." However, the state never changes to status Normal. There are network connection issues from the ESXi host where the Secondary MDM was hosted.
The network connection negotiation on the ESXi host which ScaleIO was using was at half instead of full. Ensure that the negotiation is full.
