AUI login takes several seconds to complete. The delay occurs after clicking the login button on the web interface. This behavior is not observed when using the Avamar Administrator console (UI). In this example, one out of ten vCenters integrated with Avamar was down. Repeated connection attempts during an API call to retrieve system information causes the timeout.
Remove or fix the unreachable vCenter from Avamar server. As a temporary workaround, use the Avamar Administrator console (UI).
