Symptoms

NetWorker server IP address has changed.A new license file is obtained from the Licensing Team.The new License file fails with the below error: CLP/ELMS server for basic license information found the following: Cannot find revision number in the 'NETWORKER_UPDATE' license Operating System: OPERATING_SYSTEM

Cause

The new License file is missing the NETWORKER_UPDATE CLP field.

Resolution

You must contact licensing@dell.com The licensing team must generate a new file which also includes the NETWORKER_UPDATE license in it.
