Issues such as: No audio or sound is heard through the connected audio device Unresponsive controls on the connected audio device Connection instability on the connected audio device Affected Products: Dell Pro Plus Earbuds EB525 Dell Pro Plus Wired Automatic Noise Cancellation (ANC) Headset WH5024 Dell Pro Plus Wireless ANC Headset WL5024 Dell Pro Premium Wireless ANC Headset WL7024 Dell Pro Wired Headset WH3024 Dell Pro Wireless Headset WL3024 Dell Wired Headset WH125 Note : The audio devices having the issues connect to the phone using either a wireless dongle, a wired USB cable, or a wired 3.5 mm jack.
The wired headsets and wireless dongle audio devices are optimized for computer environments and may not function correctly with a mobile phone. The pairing and firmware behavior is not validated for mobile phones.
