Certain Bluetooth devices will not show in ICPS but will show up in Windows Bluetooth & Devices. Low powered Bluetooth devices like the Dell KB7120W keyboard and the Dell MS355 mouse will not show in ICPS as an example.
This is a known issue with the ICPS Bluetooth tab.
