Below is the alert from the SNMP Tool "Xymon" for the switch: Error message: SNMP looks red Could you please review SNMP configuration and if port UDP 161 is opened from Xymon server to the device Switch
After switch upgrade to FOS 9.1.1c, the switches had no SNMPv1 configuration on the switches. The entry of the Xymon Server IP was missing in the snmpconfig --show snmpv1 output.
Configure the SNMPv1 on the switch with the below command: #snmpconfig --set snmpv1 -index 1 -community <string> -groupname ro/rw -host address
