Dell Pro Precision laptop may show a black or blank screen, or a blue screen error 0x116 when resuming from sleep or the LCD lid is closed. This is a scheduler that detects hardware hang during power mode (S4/S5) resume.

Updating the Intel Arc Graphics Driver and Intel Graphics Software Application to version 32.0.101.8626 or later on the computer resolves the issue.
