Symptoms

Cyber Recovery/CyberSense analyze jobs failed randomly. One might see messages like: Failed to get CyberSense job status for jobID:82.Error is as:Get "https://<CyberSense_IP>/ierest/cybersense/v1/JobStatus?job_id=82": dial tcp <CyberSense_IP>:443: connect: connection timed out' in the Details of the failed job.

Cause

Cyber Recovery is not able to fetch the analyzed copy status from CyberSense at the time. Potential network issue between Cyber Recovery (CR) and CyberSense host

Resolution

Upgrade to CR 19.10 where it retries for more time.Contact Dell support for more information.
