Huawei P30 Pro Mobile Phone When you connect your Huawei P30 Pro mobile phone to a USB-C port on the Dell G3223D monitor, you get an "No USB-C Signal From Your Device" message on the monitor screen.
The Huawei P30 Pro mobile phone cannot support the recommended 2560x1440 @ 165 Hz resolution.
This is expected behavior, but the following workaround can be used: Connect the monitor to a computer to ensure that the monitor has video and is working. Press the Joystick on the rear of the monitor to open the monitor On-Screen Display (OSD) menu ( Figure 1 ). Figure 1 In the OSD Menu, select " Display " > " USB-C Prioritization " > " High Data Speed " ( Figure 2 ). Figure 2 Connect the Huawei P30 Pro with the USB-C cable to the monitor.
