To resolve the issue: On the device experiencing this issue, close the Dell Remote Management Console. Right-click the start menu and click Run . Type CMD and then press OK . This launches the command prompt user interface. In the command prompt, type ipconfig /flushdns and then press enter . This flushes the DNS cache.
