Session Recording Server installation might fail with the error "Database 'CitrixSessionRecording' already in use" (Error 1001 followed by Error 1603) when the SQL Server model database contains user-defined tables. Workaround: Before installing Session Recording, verify that the SQL Server model database does not contain user-defined tables by running the following query: SELECT name FROM model.sys.tables. If any tables are present, work with your DBA to remove them from the model database, then retry the installation.
