Symptom
Interface stops passing traffic on SM-X moduie. Interface status shows up/up; however, PCS status shows link state as down:
Router#show plat hard subslot 1/0 mod int gi1/0/0 reg
PCS Status: Link State [Down] Autoneg-capable [Yes] Remote-Fault
Conditions
ISR 4k with SM-X module.
Interfaces connected to SM-X module.
Workaround
Manually flap the interface
