Symptom

Serial details missing and DESCR: "Unknown Power Supply" displayed in show inventory/show platform even PEM is supplying power normally.

Conditions

Boot up the route with PSU insert and without cable connected. Then connect the power cable.

Workaround

OIR the PSU, and then plug int the power cable.
