Symptom
Customer is trying to connect several class 4 cameras to the IE-3300-8P2S with the maximum consumption limited to the interface configuration up to 16w. The remaining POE budget is available to power up the devices, but the interface is getting the inline power denied because of Insufficient total available power.
Conditions
Switch: IE-3300-8P2S
PDs: 7 class 4 cameras
Version: 17.06.03
Interface is configuration like:

Workaround
the same configuration is working with class 3 devices up to 15 w
