Cat9500H SVL pair running 17.06.01 or later release and with SSD drive [C9K-F1-SSD-240G // C9K-F1-SSD-480G // C9K-F1-SSD-960G] installed bootup process interrupted [by a power outage or by manually pulling out power cords etc.]
reload the Cat9500H SVL pair and let both switches boot up without any interruption perform multiple switchovers and let each switch boot up without any interruption
this issue is caused by a problem with a certain internal file system not getting mounted properly if the bootup process is interrupted by a power outage this problem affects licensing subsystem as well as OnBoard Failure Logging [OBFL] %CMEM-4-OBFL_INIT_FAILED: Chassis 2 R0/0: cmand: OBFL initialization failed. this problem is present in 17.06.01 and later releases. 17.05.01 and earlier versions [such as 17.03.05] are not affected
