Cisco AP4800/3800/2800/1562 stuck in "BootROM: Image checksum verification FAILED"

Conditions

This bug is to track AP4800(8.7 code) along with AP 3800/3800/1562 with issues similar to one's reported in CSCvf47017. It seems like the fix for CSCvf47017 did not make to AP4800 code trains . .
