Overview
This fault is a failure of Tray 1 to lift up.
If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
Open Tray 1 and check for any paper not loaded correctly in the tray.
With Tray 1 still opened, Power off Printer
How To Power Off or Restart the Press

Power the Printer back on.
When Printer comes back on completely, push the tray back in.
