Note : If FW level is below XXXXX.076.XXX, upgrade to the latest FW level . Note : If the printer is using a third-party toner cartridge, contact the supplier of the toner cartridge. Note : If you have a toner conversion PIN code, use one of the following procedures to enter it in the device. Note : Ensure the device job queue is clear before attempting to input the PIN code. Using The Control Panel Using The Embedded Web Server Check if the printer is using a genuine and supported Xerox Toner Cartridge for this model. Clean the toner cartridge contacts with a dry lint-free cloth. Make sure that the toner cartridge is not damaged or leaking. Replace the toner cartridge For details, refer to Replace a Toner Cartridge . If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance. On the control panel, navigate to Settings > Supplies Plan > Plan Conversion > Conversion Code . Enter the conversion code provided, then select Convert Plan. Navigate to Settings > Supplies Plan > Plan Conversion > Current Plan to confirm the conversion is successful. Open a web browser and type the printer IP address. Note : It may be necessary to enter the Admin password. Navigate to Settings > Supplies Plan > Plan Conversion > Conversion Code . Enter the conversion code provided, then click Convert Plan . Check the Current Plan status to confirm the conversion is successful.
