Fault Code 016-910 or 016-911 occurs when the paper or staples selected in the Print Driver are not installed on the printer. Load Paper or Install Staples . Make Sure the Tray Settings are Programmed Correctly for the Inserted Media . Remove and Reinstall the Print Driver . Power the Printer Off and Back On . Update the Printer Firmware to the Latest Software Release . If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
