When a demand is submitted (it has resource assignments), and revert to Draft. we observe that , Resource allocation got deleted, Resource plan state updated to Planning. Steps to Reproduce 1. Create a demand and save it(leave in draft state). 2. Go to the related list section and create a resource assignment 3. This will automatically generate a resource plan and the Resource Type field set to 'Attribute' 4. The resource plan will be in allocated state as well which is expected when resource type field is attribute 5. Go back to the demand and submit it, all values for resource assignment and resource plan. remain the same 6. Now, click on 'Reset to Draft' UI action and notice that the allocations for the resource assignment are deleted and the resource plan state changes to planning. 7. When we try to reset demand to draft, it'll show an option "Replan allocated resource plans with no actuals reported?". If this checkbox is selected, then the resource plans will be moved to planning state and the resource allocations on the resource assignments will be deleted. But when we uncheck this option, it should retain the resource allocations but it's not happening.
