With SMTP partial sending (glide.smtp.send_partial) enabled, when the SMTPSender attempts to deliver an email that contains both valid and invalid (temporary address validation error, typically 4xx error code) recipients, the following behavior is observed: The original email is marked as "sent" for the valid recipients. A new email record is created for the recipients with address validation errors. However, during the creation of this new email, the "To" recipients are not correctly populated, resulting in incomplete or incorrect recipient information NOTE: This happens only when there is an invalid email in the Recipient "To" field only. Steps to Reproduce 1) Login into the instance and navigate to a incident record. 2) Enable SMTP partial sending by setting the system property glide.smtp.send_partial to true 3) Send an email with valid recipient and invalid recipient (this recipient will result in 450 address validation error). 4) SMTP sender job should split into two emails(sent and retry). Expectation: Retry email should be retried. Actual: Retry email is set as send-failed
