After upgrading from Paris to Rome, noticed that the style on the form in Agent Workspace has changed: font size appears slightly bigger and spacing between fields have more space in Rome compared to Paris. Steps to Reproduce - Login to OOB Rome release - in Filter navigator, go to Agent Workspace - open Incidents INC0000001 and INC0000002 - now, login to OOB Paris release - in Filter navigator, go to Agent Workspace - open Incidents INC0000001 and INC0000002 - compare Incidents forms opened in Rome and Paris - see attached screenshots email.png and network.png (on the left are forms in Paris while on the right the forms are in Rome). 1) Notice that in Paris spacing between fields is more compact, while in Rome it is more sparse. Customer would like to revert styling back like in it is in Paris. 2) Please note that in Rome in email.png screenshot, there are no line separators between certain fields (like Caller and Category, State and Impact, etc.)
This is expected behavior and by design in all currently supported releases.
