Archiving rules that contain as part of "Archive Related Records" entries to DELETE attachments will cause only records from sys_attachment table to be deleted, but not their references from sys_attachment_doc (the actual payload in chunks). Steps to Reproduce 1. Create an archiving rule (like on incident table for example) 2. Under Archive Related Records add an entry with Action: DELETE and Reference: Table sys_id in Attachment(sys_attachment)* 3. Run the archiving rule via UI action "Run archive now" Observe that the sys_attachment record is deleted, but the sys_attachment_doc table still contains the records/chunks with filename of (empty)
Using the "Table cleanup". Condition: "Sys attachment.Table name" "is empty" Please test this workaround in your sub-Prod instance first to prevent any possible data loss.
