The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 9.1 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 9.1.11. Fixed an issue where Panorama was not accessible via the web interface due to insufficient available disk space in the opt/mongobuffer partition , which caused the mongodb process to stop responding. The Panorama management server in Management Only mode may become inaccessible or unresponsive due to insufficient disk space in the /opt/mongobuffer partition required for Panorama logs. Workaround: Contact Palo Alto Networks Support to repartition the /opt/mongobuffer disk partition table.
