The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.2.10 - October 30, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.2.7-h4, 11.2.10. Fixed an issue where the firewall rebooted unexpectedly due to the useridd process restarting and causing an HA failover. This occurred due to the configd process timing out when running the CLI command show user user-id-agent config all .
