An upgrade from HPE OneView version 10.x to version 11.0 will complete successfully. However, if a "multi-hop" upgrade from 9.x to 10.x versions has previously been performed, OneView will be inaccessible for some HPE Synergy environments after the upgrade to OneView version 11.0.When this occurs, the following error message may appear on the HPE Synergy Console:"Unable to connect to OneView"This issue can occur on HPE Synergy 12000 Frames with multiple HPE Synergy Composers on a 2-node cluster environment that were previously updated from version 9.x to 10.x.HPE OneView will be unreachable, and the user will not be able to login via HPE OneView Web Console, SSH interface. The Readiness Checker version 3.0 will not detect any issue before the update.
