On HPE ProLiant Gen10, HPE ProLiant Gen10 Plus, HPE ProLiant Gen11 servers, HPE Synergy Gen10, HPE Synergy Gen10 Plus, and HPE Synergy Gen11 compute modules, the iLO Remote Console is intermittently inaccessible. When attempting to access iLO Remote Console through the HPE OneView interface or manually through a browser, an iLO Remote Console page pop-up will appear with a black blank screen or with the following message.For HPE Integrated Lights-Out 6 (iLO 6):iLO is not able to connect to this URLFor HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 (iLO 5):Unsuccessful ConnectionThis is an intermittent issue and has been observed on HPE ProLiant Gen10 and HPE ProLiant Gen11 systems. Although the iLO Remote Console is inaccessible, the iLO page is operational. An iLO Reset is required to recover access to the iLO Remote Console.
Any HPE ProLiant Gen10, HPE ProLiant Gen10 Plus, HPE ProLiant Gen11 servers, HPE Synergy Gen10, HPE Synergy Gen10 Plus, and HPE Synergy Gen11 compute modules iLO Remote Console (manually launching iLO Remote Console from a browser or launching the HTML Console from HPE OneView) configured with either of the following:iLO 6 firmware v1.64 (or later)iLO 5 firmware v3.06 (or later)
As a workaround, perform an iLO RESET through the iLO page. Information -> Diagnostics -> Reset iLOThis advisory will be updated if additional information becomes available.
