Description

Summary

For any HPE ProLiant Compute DL380a Gen12 and HPE ProLiant Compute DL580 Gen12, the current boot time for Intelligent Provisioning is approximately 20 to 25 minutes.Additionally, Assisted Operating System installation (rapid setup) is not available when using IP version 5.02.

Scope

In the scenario described above, the following compute Gen12 systems when using IP version 5.02:HPE ProLiant Compute DL380a Gen12HPE ProLiant Compute DL580 Gen12

Resolution

A future IP version will avoid this issue, and will add support for Assisted Operating System installation.For additional information, refer to the link shown below.Intelligent Provisioning 5.02 User Guide for HPE ProLiant Compute Gen12 Servers
