On an HPE ProLiant Compute Gen12 with HPE Integrated Lights-Out 7 (iLO 7), the VGA output will stop at the following:TBOOT: transfering control to kernel @0xa400000...This occurs due to the fallback VGA driver not creating the frame buffer device for tboot to use. However, the serial console still functions as expected.
Any HPE ProLiant Compute Gen12 with iLO 7 running Ubuntu 24.04 with tboot.
Use the iLO virtual serial port or ssh connection to the OS. The iLO 7 VGA controller driver, mgag200 is target on a future Ubuntu release.
Operating Systems Affected:Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
