The Offline Interactive flashing screen and HPE Intelligent Provisioning application open multiple tabs in the Mozilla Firefox browser on the Integrated Remote Console (IRC) console. This occurs due to the expiration of Firefox's certificate on March 14, 2025. As a result, multiple tabs will be displayed, and it will be required to manually switch between them to access utilities such as SSA and MRSA. For example:
Any of the following:HPE Intelligent provisioning version 3.xx and below running on HPE ProLiant Gen10 and Gen10 Plus servers.HPE Intelligent provisioning version 4.xx and below running on HPE ProLiant Gen11 servers.HPE Intelligent provisioning version 5.xx and below running on HPE ProLiant Gen12 servers.Server Support Pack (SPP) for HPE ProLiant Gen10, Gen10 Plus and Gen11 servers.
This issue will be fixed in future releases. Until the fixes are available, navigate to the desired tab to access the utilities.
