On an HPE ProLiant Server configured as a Windows Domain Controller (Active Directory Domain Service- AD DS), the installation of Intel VROC GUI version 8.0 or later using the HPE Smart Component for Intel Virtual RAID on CPU package VROC GUI for Microsoft Windows Server appears to complete successfully; however, the Intel VROC GUI does not actually get installed.This issue occurs because the installer of the Intel Virtual RAID on CPU (VROC) GUI version 8.0 (or later) does not support installation on Windows Domain Controllers.For more information about this installation issue, see the following Intel Support Article 000098859:Unable to Install the Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU Graphical User Interface in a Supported Windows* Operating SystemDisclaimer: One or more of the links above will take you outside the HPE website. This issue affects HPE ProLiant Gen10 Plus and Gen11 servers running Microsoft Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, and Windows Server 2022, configured as a Windows Domain Controller.
