HPE Integrated Lights-Out 6 (iLO 6) firmware v1.63 introduced support for the Autonomous Debug Data Collection (ADDC) feature, but there is fault with ADDC in System ROM versions 1.56 and earlier that causes the system to stop responding during Power-On Self-Test (POST) at "ABL Post Complete". Any of the servers listed in the Scope section below will encounter this issue when configured with both the iLO 6 fw 1.63 (or later) and a System ROM version earlier than 1.58.

The System ROM 1.58 (or later) contains the fix for this issue.HPE recommends that customers DO NOT use System ROM 1.56 (or earlier) with iLO firmware 1.63 (or later).
