For any Rev B1 (or earlier) NVIDIA InfiniBand NDR 64-port OSFP and NVIDIA InfiniBand HDR 40-port QSFP56 switches listed in the Scope section below, the following issues may occur:In rare instances and after rebooting, a group of 8 or 16 network ports may change to a link down state. Performing a power cycle may restore the affected network ports.In rare instances, the I2C bus may report errors when trying to access the thermal sensors. This issue does not affect switch functionality.In rare instances, false "fan not present" alerts may be reported. This issue does not affect switch functionality.An interference in the AC line may cause an incorrect reset sequence. As a result, all ports may change to a link down state. Performing a power cycle may restore the affected network ports. In the scenario described above, the following Rev B1 (or earlier) NDR switches and HDR switches:NVIDIA InfiniBand NDR 64-port OSFP Managed Power to Connector Airflow Switch (P45692-B21)NVIDIA InfiniBand NDR 64-port OSFP Power to Connector Airflow Switch (P45691-B21)NVIDIA InfiniBand HDR 40-port QSFP56 Managed Back to Front Airflow Switch (P06249-B21)NVIDIA InfiniBand HDR 40-port QSFP56 Unmanaged Back to Front Airflow Switch (P10774-B21)
