On rare occasions, HPE MR416i-a Gen10 Plus controllers on certain HPE ProLiant Gen10 Plus servers and HPE StoreEasy 1660 servers may not be displayed on the Storage Information page of the iLO GUI (even though the controller is installed) and may not show up in the Device Inventory of the iLO GUI during system power-on. In addition, the PCIeInterface.LanesInUse may downgrade from 8 to 4, which can affect the performance of the controller.iLO GUI - System Information - Storage Information PageIMPORTANT: HPE strongly recommends performing the upgrade below at the earliest opportunity.NOTE: If the Programmable System on Chip (PSOC) hardware version is anything other than 0xe, or the PSOC firmware is already at 0x19 with PSOC hardware version 0xe, the PSOC firmware does not require updating again.
