Any HPE product running HPE Insight Remote Support versions prior to 7.9 require new certificates.All Insight Remote Support versions (including 7.9) must also be properly configured to communicate to HPE.com. This includes confirming the firewall or proxy rules are configured to permit communication to HPE.com.
