When installing or upgrading SourceOne Email Management components you may encounter with this error: " Error 1310: Error Writing to File: C:\Users\ServiceAccount\AppData\Local\Temp\SetACL.exe. Verify that you have access to that directory" Trying to Ignore this error does not help to get the component installed.
The Antivirus scans the temp directory and does not allow .EXE files to be created within C:\Users\ServiceAccount\AppData\Local\Temp . Throughout the Installation process, SourceOne components use the Temp directory to create SetACL.exe modules, hence causing the installation to fail.
In order to avoid these issues, you need to add to AntiVirus exclusion list the directory C:\Users\ServiceAccount\AppData\Local\Temp or stop the AntiVirus during install or upgrade process.
