Symptoms

iDRAC event SEKM067 occur and YELLOW alarm 'VXR508SEKM067' present in vCenter portal.

Cause

Indicates that a RAID controller in Local Key Management (LKM) security mode has been detected on a server with iDRAC in Secure Enterprise Key Manager (SEKM) security mode. It is recommended to switch the PERC from LKM to SEKM mode.

Resolution

Use any of the iDRAC interfaces and switch the PERC from LKM to SEKM mode. If the current PERC firmware version does not have the PERC LKM to SEKM transition capability then update the PERC firmware to a version that supports the transition.
