A Unity software Code problem is triggered when the last snap is deleted (* in this case a backup related snap)
Contact Dell Technologies Customer Service And request immediate recovery assistance if your file system is offline. Workaround: Ensure that every file system has an active snap scheduler in place, if the file system has an active replication. The file system does not go offline if no replications or otherwise snaps exist in the first place, but: If the file system is being backed up with NDMP and snap, this is also a reason for triggering this condition. Permanent fix: After recovery, upgrade to 5.0.2.0.5.009 or later to have the fix and prevent reoccurrence.
