Keyboard malfunction may occur when swiping quickly across adjacent keys. For example, when typing over 10 keys from Q to P with a time interval of approximately 0.7 seconds, intermediate keystrokes may be lost or generated out of sequence. It is not limited to the Q to P keys, but the issue can be seen with any keys that are adjacent.
