The lockbox of the original server was not migrated properly to the DR server. The datazone passphrase was not added. There was a fingerprint mismatch between the two servers.
On the Original NetWorker server: Get the Datazone passphrase from the original NetWorker server: Launch the NetWorker Management Console (NMC). Go to the Server tab. Click on the Server properties , or right-click the NetWorker server from the left menu and click Properties . Go to the Configuration tab. Copy the Datazone Pass Phrase. NOTE: This is needed at a later step. Stop NetWorker services on the original NetWorker server: Linux: nsr_shutdown Windows: net stop nsrexecd /y Copy the /nsr/lockbox folder from the original server and put it in a temporary location on the DR NetWorker server. Start NetWorker services: Linux: systemctl start networker Windows: net start nsrd If the NMC is installed on the same system: net start gstd On the DR NetWorker server, perform the following: Stop NetWorker services on the DR NetWorker server: Linux: nsr_shutdown Windows: net stop nsrexecd /y Rename the original lockbox folder: Linux: mv /nsr/lockbox /nsr/lockbox_DR Windows: Use Windows File Explorer to rename the original lockbox folder, default path: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\lockbox . Copy the lockbox from the original server to the NetWorker NSR folder: Linux: cp -r /tmp/lockbox /nsr/lockbox Windows: Use Windows File Explorer to copy the copied lockbox folder to the ..\nsr folder, default path: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\lockbox . Access the nsrdb in offline mode. Linux: nsradmin -d /nsr/res/nsrdb Windows (default): nsradmin -d "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\res\nsrdb" From the nsradmin prompt, update the nsrdb with the Datazone Pass Phrase collected from the original NetWorker server. print type nsr update datazone pass phrase: NEW-PASSPHRASE yes quit Start NetWorker services: Linux: systemctl start networker Windows: net start nsrd If the NMC is installed on the same system: net start gstd Access the DR NetWorker server from the NMC.
