Some options in the BIOS recovery screen may not be selectable. The curser only moves between Recover BIOS and Exit option. Reset BIOS Settings to Default, Rollback BIOS, and Continue options are not selectable. Affected Platform: Alienware 15 DA15260
The BIOS did not set the cursor to the correct position on the user interface options after BIOS received the keyboard signal.
Note: Before starting the update, perform the following: Back up all personal data. For more information, refer to Back Up and Recovery.Connect the AC adapter. Updating the BIOS to version 1.2.1 or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install the BIOS, refer to the BIOS Update Guide.
