An issue with the BIOS code causes this behavior.
If this issue occurs, recover the computer. Once the computer is recovered, update the BIOS. Refer to the appropriate process for more information. Recover Press and hold the power button until the computer shuts down (about four seconds). Press the power button again to power the computer on. Update the BIOS Note: Before starting the update, perform the following: Back up all personal data. For more information, refer to Back Up and Recovery . Connect the AC adapter.
